Saturday 15th May, beginning and ending in Hyde Park, eight of Chiswick’s more courageous women will aim to walk 26.2 miles through the streets of Central London in their feathered Wonderbras.

Far from simply being a treat for the male population of London, The Moonwalk is the only power walking marathon and half marathon in the world. 15,000 participants will not only wear decorated bras to raise awareness of breast cancer, but will hopefully raise in excess of £4 million.

Chiswick’s participants include Barbara Reid, Deborah Allen, Sophie Christian, Sally Hopgood, Sue Manley, Dee Murphy, Eva Pasek and Billie Walsh.

The ladies are hoping to raise more than £3,000 between them for this incredibly worthy cause and are looking for further sponsorship from the extended community.
