Hogarth Singers, one of west London's leading amateur choirs, present a recital to be given by the choir's new Director of Music Peter Stobart and accompanist Andrew Wells, on Friday 15 May 2015 at St Michael and All Angels.

The programme will feature a miscellany of English songs by George Butterworth and Roger Quilter, and music for piano by George Gurney and Hubert Parry.

The recital will commence at 7.15pm and will last for about an hour. Tickets are £8 (in advance) or £10 (on the door). To book tickets, please telephone 07880 600991 or visit www.hogarth-singers.org

Hogarth Singers are a non-auditioning chamber choir based in Chiswick, and they like to keep their membership to under 60.

They sing a wide range of choral music both sacred and secular and have built up a good reputation in the community for quality concerts and a friendly atmosphere.

If you go to one of their rehearsals, all they ask is you sing a few notes to their Musical Director so they can be sure you're comfortably singing in the right part, and your voice quality is likely to blend.

They have an affordable subscription, which you'll need only to pay (termly or yearly) once you decide to sing with them.
