The newly restored grounds of Chiswick House & Gardens played host to another festival last night organised by the Soho House group.

This year's line up included Hot Chip, Little Boots, Friendly Fires, Mark Ronson & The Business Int, Mumford and Sons, Paloma Faith, The Feeling and Estelle.

There were also surprise guest appearances from a number of artists including Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Paul Young.

The festival was hosted by Richard Bacon, Jo Whiley, Reggie Yates and Ant & Dec amongst others.

The grounds were crammed with celebrities including Lawrence Dallaglio, Angus Deayton, Colin Firth, Tim Lovejoy, Al Murray, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and Eamonn Holmes. According to compere Richard Bacon, Jay Z and Beyonce made an appearance back stage.

The price of the tickets was £175 with proceeds going to Chiswick House and Garden Trust. Once inside the Festival, all food, drink and entertainment was free. This included lobster, oysters and champagne although the latter was in short supply by about 8pm.

Previous festivals have raised a six figure sum to help with the restoration of the House and Grounds.
