Following confirmation that Soho House owner Nick Jones has bought Chiswick's iconic Fouberts, a spokesperson for Soho House has exclusively revealed plans to www.chiswickw4.com about their new venture.

The site, which is yet to be named, will house an all day brasserie and will have 18 bedrooms over two floors similar to the one pictured right.

Soho House's brand 'Cowshed Spa' will be open to hotel guests and club members offering a wide range of body care and beauty treatments in a relaxed and soothing environment.

A members' club run along similar line to Notting Hill's Electric House, a private members’ club for those living and working in the local Notting Hill area is also planned.

Members of the Electric House enjoy other benefits which include include members’ room rates at Babington House and members’ rates when booking functions at Soho House 21, the private rooms of Soho House.  Electric House members are also given access to the Soho House boat throughout the Cannes Film Festival.  Membership details of the private club planned for Chiswick are yet to be finalised. Construction of the new venture will begin in November with an opening planned for Summer 2006.

Soho House now own two 'Soho House' private members' clubs, in London and in New York, Babington House hotel in Somerset, the Electric Brasserie in Notting Hill, the Balham Kitchen and Bar in South London and Cecconi's in Piccadilly.

The group is understood to be on the lookout for further sites in the UK and abroad.
