Annie's Rocks The River Run

Teams from local restaurants take part in this weekend's charity 10km

A team of staff and customers from Annie's Restaurants and Rock & Rose will be taking part in the 10k Richmond River Run on 5th September.

With all proceeds going to Kew Charity Events, which supports local and national charities including Shooting Star Children's Hospice and Cancer Research UK, the event proves to be a popular one.

"We've set up a Justgiving Page so people can sponsor the runners online at www.justgiving.com/anniesrocktheriverrun" Annie's Lorraine Angliss told ChiswickW4.com.

Lorraine, who will be running on Sunday said, "We'll also be giving a prize to the team member who raises the most funds, so it's going to get competitive - all in a good cause!"
