Forget Masterchef. How about a master class for marmalade makers?

St Michael and All Angels will host such a class for preserve makers on Thursday, January 19th. The classes take place from 7.45pm until 9.30pm. The event is hosted by Marmalade Jewellery, whose website can be found here.

Former world champion marmalade maker Vivien Lloyd will be demonstrating how to make a world class preserve and sharing her multi award winning hints and tips with all present.

Nibbles and wine will be available.
The class is open to everybody. Tickets are available from Marmalade Jewellery (23 Turnham Green Terrace) and cost £10 – all proceeds go the St Michaels Green Days charities.Spaces are limited.

The Bedford Park Festival annual Marmalade making competition is once again open. Registration packs and vouchers are available now from Marmalade Jewellery on Turnham Green Terrace.

A £150 Voucher for Marmalade Jewellery is the top prize this year with a special prize for best presented jar. Closing date for entries is 3rd June but the Seville season only runs to the middle of February.
