Green Days continues this Sunday (9th June) and this just marks the beginning of the various events taking place.

Highlights in the forthcoming week include a discussion entitled 'The Fall and Rise of Bedford Park', a poetry evening with Ruth Padel, Torin Douglas on his time with the BBC, a W.B. Savills Chiswick office is the major sponsor for The Bedford Park Festival for the fifth year in a row. Savills sponsor the opening event, The Bedford Park Summer Exhibition, which is in place the entirety of the festival, and they will be hosting a hospitality tent, as well as sponsoring the sing-a-long-a-Grease with Summer Nights BBQ and the Craft Fair on Green Days.

In its 47th year, The Bedford Park Festival in Chiswick is one of London’s best arts and community events, attracting thousands of people from the local area and further afield. The Festival raises money for local charities and the work of St Michael and All Angels Church, with the support of the community and various local businesses. There are a total of 30 varied events over two weeks which range from poetry readings to photography competitions and children’s entertainment.

Christopher Bramwell, head of Savills Chiswick office comments: ‘We are thrilled to be able to sponsor this fantastic event for the fifth year. Here at Savills we cannot stress the importance of sponsoring such an event, it is a brilliant few days for all of the family and really brings the whole community together, raising huge amounts of money for local charities. We hope to see many of you there.’
