Celebrity Judges For Bedford Park Festival
For the marmalade making and photography competitions
Cookery writer Lindsey Bareham and photographer Richard Bradbury - both well-known Chiswick residents - are to judge two of the Bedford Park Festival competitions this weekend.
Photographic competition and auction
Renowned photographer Richard Bradbury - best known for his Children of London portrait project
The exhibition runs from 12 noon to 6pm on Saturday 7th and from noon until 4pm on Sunday June 8th, followed by the prizegiving at 4.30pm.
Richard has also donated a signed print of one of his famous Guinness World Records photographs, to be auctioned for charity at the Festival. Prints of the photograph, World's Largest and Smallest Dogs, ( see above) have sold for more than £500 and the bidding - by silent auction - will start at £100.
You can see the picture and others in the series here: www.richardbradbury.com/?page_id=49
The silent auction will continue till the last day of the Festival, Sunday June 22nd, and is sponsored by Fingertips, the Chiswick-based 'IT department for your home'.

The competition is sponsored by Marmalade Jewellery in Turnham Green Terrace, where entries should be submitted. The closing date has been extended to 6pm on Friday June 6th.
Lindsey is a marmalade-maker herself and says she made four batches this year after Waitrose started stocking Seville oranges. She's delighted to be judging the competition!
