This is the first meeting of the Area Forum since the country went into lockdown in March, following the outbreak of the coronavirus, and is taking place using Government Regulations which allow councils to hold virtual meetings.

Residents will not be able to join the Area Forum as they normally would to speak to members directly. However, you are encouraged to submit questions in advance.

If you would like to submit a question to the Area Forum, contact the Committee Administrator, Chaspal Sandhu, by email at CAF@hounslow.gov.uk or chaspal.sandhu@hounslow.gov.uk or by calling 020 8583 2065 with your query as soon as practicable and no later than 4pm on Monday 16 November 2020.

There will also be a chance to submit questions via the ‘Q&A function’ on Microsoft Teams during the meeting itself. Select Q&A on the right side of the screen and type your question in the compose box, and then select send. If you would prefer to ask your question anonymously, select “Ask Anonymously”.
