An illustrated online talk entitled Lord Burlington, Duchess Georgiana and the Chiswick Gardens is to be given by Dr David Jacques OBE at 7.30pm on Monday 20 February.

It is being hosted by the Brentford and Chiswick Local History Society.

Dr Jacques is a historian of gardens and designed landscapes and author of Chiswick House gardens: 300 years of creation and re-creation, published in 2022.

He is acknowledged as the leading expert on Chiswick House Grounds; his expertise comes from his detailed research and also from his very long association with the Chiswick House estate as an adviser and a trustee..

There is no charge to join this on-line event which all are welcome to attend but you must reserve your place via Ticket Tailor. The ticket includes your Zoom link.

The audience will be admitted from about 7.15pm and the talk will start at 7.30pm; the meeting will end at about 9.00pm
