Grove Park Primary School will be hosting their Spring 5-a-Side football tournament at Chiswick Community School on Sunday 17th May.

Entry forms for this very popular local event are available from Grove Park Primary School's office during school hours or on-line from groveparktournament@hotmail.co.uk - but hurry as the closing date for entries paid by cheque is Tuesday 4th May. Entries paid with cash will be accepted until Monday 11th May.

Entry costs £32.50 per team (up to 8 players to include 3 substitutes). Children must be over 6 and under 11 as at 31st August 2008 to enter.

As always there will be refreshments, a delicious bbq and a great atmosphere.
