The groveFACTOR talent showcase for young musicians offers cash prizes up to an overall value of £200. Entrants can play a musical instrument or sing, and can receive advice from a panel of local high profile musicians, including West End musical director Michael Reed, plus the opportunity to take part in our evening show.

The entry categories this year are: solo-ists and groups. Registrations must be received by 12 noon on 15th June, application forms can be downloaded from our website http://www.grovestock.co.uk, or e-mail enquiries to grovefactor@grovestock.co.uk.

groveSTOCK is an event for all who love to hear and play music. It takes place in the grounds of St. Paul’s church, Grove Park Road, Grove Park, Chiswick on Saturday 30th June 2007 from 2.00pm till 10.00pm.

Tickets are £5 in advance or £8 on the day, free for children under 16. More details on our website www.grovestock.co.uk.

The Test Drive offers the chance to discover your hidden talent and try out a new musical instrument with the guidance of a professional tutor, whether it is guitar, drums, clarinet or tin whistle.

The afternoon session Music on the Lawn will be opened by local blues celebrity Papa George and will host musical interludes from jazz to classical, whilst afternoon tea is served. Throughout the afternoon our wandering clowns and magicians will entrance and delight your little ones in the children’s corner with tricks and games, face painting and a bouncy castle.

Our late show “Summer Fever” will kick off the evening with stars from the West End performing songs from films and pop musicals such as Tonight’s the Night, Grease, Saturday Night Fever, Mamma Mia and We Will Rock You. Join us for dinner on the lawn and travel back in time.
