On Tuesday 22nd March from 11am to 3pm London Wildlife Trust will be hosting a Spring Family Activity Day at Gunnersbury Triangle.

Join experts from London Wildlife Trust as they explore this hidden, inner city nature reserve, just a stone’s throw from Chiswick Park tube station.

Visitors are free to enjoy nature trails and discover a woodland paradise, where you can listen out for birds or the rustle of a wood mouse, spot signs of field voles, or investigate interesting mini-beasts.

There will be lots of hands-on spring nature activities for all the family, including building hedgehog refuges and bee-homes, nature trails and crafts. This is a free drop-in event, suitable for all the family. No booking is required. No dogs (except registered assistance dogs).

This is just one of ten events being coordinated by London Wildlife Trust as part of the Find Your London festival, helping you celebrate spring and explore the wonderful wild spaces and wildlife that can be found all over London. At each event you will be able to pick up special hand-outs, wildlife ID guides and springtime activity sheets to help you and your family learn even more about London’s amazing wildlife.

Meet at the entrance of Gunnersbury Triangle Nature Reserve (opposite Chiswick Park underground station), Bollo Lane, W4 5LW.

This is a free event. Donations are welcome.
