Details of the new term of opera lectures by Barry Jobling have been announced.

This term continues with a talk on Bizet's Carmen and includes discussion of works by Tchaikovsky, Puccini and Rossini.

Several of these operas are being performed in London theatres and cinemas this term.

Whether you are a great opera buff or a complete newcomer to the genre, Barry Jobling, a professional pianist, singer and conductor, will educate and entertain you with his infectious enthusiasm.

Lectures begin on Thursdays at 2.00 sharp and end at 4.15, at St Michael and All Angels Parish Hall. £10 per lecture.
