The new term of opera lectures by Ross Alley continues this week with a talk about Richard Strauss's Elektra

There is a live broadcast of this opera at Richmond Curzon cinema on 30 April.

All of the lectures relate to performances being given either at the Metropolitan, The Royal Opera House, Glyndeboure, Opera Holland Park, the Grange and the English National Opera.

Lectures begin on Thursdays at 2.00 sharp and end at 4.15, at St Michael and All Angels Parish Hall. £10 per lecture.
