Welcome to the exclusive on-line preview of St Mary’s RC Primary School Auction 2007.

Listed below is a selection of just some of the fabulous goods and services that are on offer for local residents to bid for with proceeds going towards the upgrade of the school’s IT suite.

Advance bids will be received at the school office up to 5pm on Thursday 10 May or by emailing emma.brophy@chiswickw4.com stating the lot number, description and your bid. Should your advance bid be successful, you will be notified via email on Monday 14 th May.

St Mary’s PTA would like to extend their sincere thanks to local businesses and supporters for the generous promises they have donated.

Each item has been donated freely and they would ask that parents and friends support the services of those companies that have so generously contributed to the auction.

“We are indebted yet again to our commercial partners for their kindness and generosity.” said PTA Chair Justine Randall.

Oliver Finn is offering £1,000 flat fee for sale of house or flat or rental and managmenet of a house for a year (discounted from £5,000 flat fee for a house sale). Sealed bids (including full contact details) should be handed into St Mary's RC Primary School's office on Duke's Road by 5pm on Thursday 10 May. The offer is valid for a year.

  2. St Mary’s make no warrants or representations of any kind with respect to any tem or service sold. Please inspect where possible
  3. All items must be paid for in full before the buyer’s departure for the evening. Payment can be cash or cheque but not credit card.
  4. Items must be claimed with a purchase voucher and taken by the buyer before departure. Services and other intangible items can be delivered through private arrangement with buyer and donator. The donator’s contact details will be available on the purchase voucher for this purpose.
  5. All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items
  6. Unless otherwise specified, all auctioned services must be used within 6 months after May 11 th and dates and items are to be arranged between buyer and donator at a mutually convenient time (please be aware that we are all mums and dads with busy schedules!!)
