St Michael’s Players are performing contemporary drama, Abandonment, at St Michael’s Centre, Chiswick W4 3DZ from July 13-Saturday 16.

The play was written by Kate Atkinson and is directed by Paul Smith

Elizabeth wants to start again. But will the past let her? Even if it’s someone else’s past?
In her forties, Elizabeth is a recently separated historian, moving into a Victorian house to start her life afresh.

But besieged by a host of invaders - family and friends, builders and woodworm, even a ghost - Elizabeth finds herself drawn into a past that has strange parallels with her own life.
A sharply witty play about love, death, identity and evolution, from the best-selling and highly acclaimed novelist, Kate Atkinson (Behind the Scenes at the Museum, A God In Ruins).

The play starts at 7.45pm each evening and tickets are £9.00 or £7.00 for concessions.
