St Michael’s Players are performing the comedy drama ‘Visiting Hour’ by Richard Harris from Thurs 23rd April until Sat 25th April, 2015.

'Visiting Hour' With St Michael's Players

Six interlinked plays both comedic and serious (Going Home, Keeping Mum, Magic, Plaster, Showbusiness, Waiting) set in a National Health hospital during visiting hour that examine the strained and complex relationships between hospital patients and their “unwelcome” visitors. Alternately funny and sad - with elements of tragedy and comedy in each - the audience will be reaching for the Kleenex one minute and rolling in the aisles the next!

“The writing achieves an exhilarating momentum. It is packed with sharp lines and cruel characterization, mingling hilarity with a real disgust for humanity at its most mindlessly objectionable” - Daily Telegraph

Tickets: only £7 and £9 if bought online via the St Michaels Player's web site in advance (cost more on the door; website has ticket tariff details). With only 3 performances, the organisers expect the production to be a sell-out

Venue: St Michael’s Community Centre Elmwood Road, W4 3DZ  7.45pm  start.
