St Paul’s Cathedral and its Manors in Chiswick

A talk to be given by

JAMES WISDOM

James Wisdom is Chairman, Brentford and Chiswick Local History Society. The talk will be on Thursday 19 November, at 7.30 pm in St Nicholas Church, Church Street, W4

Tickets £5.00 (free to Friends of St Nicholas Church) on the door, from 7.00 pm.

All are welcome. Refreshments will be available both before and after the talk.

In this talk James Wisdom will explore the relationships that St Paul’s Cathedral had in medieval times with Chiswick Parish Church and with the manorial estates of Chiswick, especially Sutton Court, which supplied the Dean and Chapter with grain and other provisions.
