St Paul's Church, Grove Park is planning a musical pageant “60 Glorious Years” to celebrate Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee.

The event will take place on Saturday 26th May 2012 starting at 6pm and will feature music from every decade of the Queen's reign (hit songs and medleys from musicals) performed by popular local artists, a large children's choir and many guest professional singers and musicians. After the concert there will be a supper and bar in the vicarage garden.

The framework for the pageant will be music from the Coronation itself including “Zadok the Priest”, “I was Glad”, “All People that on Earth do Dwell” and others.

If you would like to join the chorus on this occasion please email Ian Stephenson – music@stpaulsgrovepark.com – for further details. Chorus places are limited by space, so don't miss out – email today.
