Hidden Pearl Productions, in association with the Tabard Theatre, present 'Call Me Merman' from Nov 19-24. Rosemary Ashe, Olivier Award nominated star of London's West End, pays tribute to Ethel Merman, the legendary first lady of the musical comedy stage.

'Call Me Merman' visits all of the Broadway star's biggest shows from the Gershwins’ Girl Crazy in 1931, which made her a star overnight, through to Styne and Sondheim’s Gypsy in the 1960s.

Rosie possesses a powerful delivery, recognised from so many of her own West End appearances including Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables and Mary Poppins and creates a striking and often moving interpretation of Merman’s back catalogue.

This is a fun filled irreverent evening of music and laughter with excerpts from Anything Goes, Annie Get Your Gun, Call Me Madam and many more. She is accompanied by her Musical Director, Paul Knight.

Tuesday 19 November – Saturday 24 November.

7:30 pm. Tickets are priced £16 (£14 concessions)
