Alistair Jones will be saying “farewell” to his loyal orchestral players prior to his retirement as Music Director of the Chiswick Choir. Alistair is using this as an opportunity to thank his regular orchestral musicians and to offer an opportunity to some friends to play their favorite concertos.

The concert will be held on Saturday, May 9th at St Michael & All Angels, Bath Road at 7.30 pm.

Kodo Osada will be flying back from Japan especially to play Beethoven’s 4th Concerto – his absolute favourite. Hong Kong born clarinetist, David Wong, now a member of the Band of the Grenadier Guards, will play Weber’s 2nd Clarinet Concerto.

And, making his concerto debut at the age of 12 will be young Harvey Lin who will play Beethoven’s 1st Piano Concerto. The concert will conclude with Alistair's favourite Mozart Symphony, No.35 in D, the "Haffner".
