Filming For Sky Atlantic Show In Hartington Road

Traffic controls in place for large film set

The peaceful Grove Park area of Hartington Road was a hive of activity today (September 10th) as a large film unit was installed for most of the day.

Traffic controls were put in place as the road was reduced to one lane, to the annoyance of some motorists.

There were at least five large film trucks parked in the road.

The filming was centred around a house, set back from the road, and a large crew was in attendance- a brightly lit area of the interior could be seen as the filming took place indoors.

It is believed the filming is for a show on Sky Atlantic, but we have no further details.
