The Chiswick High Road Action Group is carrying out a survey into parking following an open meeting in September in which the subject of parking, traffic and air pollution were high on the list of concerns.

The consultation is about changes to parking arrangements which might help to promote local shopping in Chiswick. The proposal is for free 30 minutes parking on current Pay & Display bays in the Chiswick High Road Area.

This is already implemented in some areas of Hounslow and is being implemented on all red route parking bays by TfL at the moment, to promote shopping. The survey can be completed at http://www.chiswickactiongroup.org.uk/parking-consultation/ or accessing the group's website: www.chiswickactiongroup.org.uk

CHRAG intends to provide the results of the survey to representatives of the council and other interested parties.

Those who wish to subscribe to the group's mailing list can do so on www.chiswickactiongroup.org.uk so CHRAG can provide useful information from time to time about matters concerning the Chiswick High Road area and also get feedback.
