If your New Year’s resolutions for your business include getting out and meeting other local business people, why not join the Chiswick Lunch Break.

Held monthly at the Lamb on the High Road, the group has become a popular forum for people to meet in a relaxed and informal environment. There are no speeches or hard sells – just a fun way to make business contacts and share expertise.

The first event of 2017 will be on Wednesday, 18 January from 12.30 – 2pm. Members are a good mix of men and women from different age groups and professions. They include restaurant and café owners, accountants, will writers, marketing specialists, copy writers, photographers, graphic designers, web designers, business coaches, mortgage brokers and even a gin-maker and a cricket tour operator.

Since the Chiswick Lunch Break was formed in February 2017, membership has grown to more than 200 people who have signed up (via the online MeetUp site www.meetup.com/Chiswick-Lunch-Break). The monthly meetings regularly attract an average of 30-40 local business people.

Anyone interested in joining can sign-up on the MeetUp site. Don’t forget to RSVP. The lunch costs £10 and includes a buffet and a drink – pay (cash only) upon arrival.
