The French Polishing and Bespoke Furniture business Paleamber, which is co-owned by a Chiswick resident, received a huge boost this week from TV Dragons’ Den star Theo Paphitis.

Dan Norris entered Paleamber into Theo Paphitis' Small Business Sunday Twitter initiative.  Theo then retweeted Dan’s message to his 375,500 followers and as a result, the business ( www.paleamber.net ) has received a huge amount of interest and attention, helping to raise awareness of their traditional French Polishing and Bespoke Furniture services.

Paleamber are now profiled on a new website ( www.theopaphitissbs.com) that is exclusive to Small Business Sunday winners but could be of interest to other Chiswick businesses.

Said Dan: "We're delighted to be selected as a winner of Small Business Sunday - it's great to have Theo's support and I'd really encourage all small business owners to participate in this fantastic initiative.

He said the company believed a great piece of furniture was built to last and be handed down through the generations of family and that colours deepen and become richer and improve over time. Paleamber is a London based, family business run by Paul & Dan Norris who between them have over thirty years experience in the art of wood finishing and furniture.

"We are very proud of the services we offer and it's great to have this recognised," he said.

Small businesses looking for a retweet from Theo should tweet him about their business on Sunday between 5 PM and 7.30 PM and include the hashtag #SBS. Six lucky businesses are re- tweeted every Monday at 8 PM and then invited to enter their profile on the new website.
