Pernod Ricard UK has announced that it will move to new offices in Chiswick Park from September 2014.

The move by Pernod Ricard UK, the UK division of Pernod Ricard, the global wines and spirits giant , is part of its new company strategy.

Denis O’Flynn, Pernod Ricard UK Managing Director said: “We are delighted to announce the move to Chiswick Park which will bring our business and our people closer to the consumer and the customer in an innovative environment.

Pernod Ricard UK is responsible for key brands including ABSOLUT, Campo Viejo, Chivas Regal, Havana Club, Jacob’s Creek, Jameson, Malibu, Perrier-Jouët and The Glenlivet.

Trade press reports said that Pernod has exchanged on a deal to sublet around 40,000 sq ft from Disney in Building 12 at the park. Market sources said it was paying around £47 per sq ft.

The drinks company had been in talks in 2013 to take 37,000 feet across the top three floors of Development Securities and Scottish Widows' west London development at Hammersmith Grove.
