Pernod Ricard UK has increased its presence at Chiswick Business Park, moving into Building Seven.

The move, one of the biggest property lets announced this year so far, is seen as an indication of confidence in the midst of Brexit uncertainty.

The company has more than doubled its current 40,000 sublet from Disney, in Building 12, made four years ago, to a 15-year lease of seven floors on Building Seven.

Pernod Ricard UK is responsible for key brands including ABSOLUT, Campo Viejo, Chivas Regal, Havana Club, Jacob’s Creek, Jameson, Malibu, Perrier-Jouët and The Glenlivet. The company is the second biggest alcohol brand in the world.

Building Seven was the last to complete in the Park and is the largest space, with most of its 334,000 square feet leased out.

Other tenants in the building include Danone, and China Global TV.
