“A Babe is Born”, a concert from the Petros Singers will be performed on Saturday 12th December 2015 at 7:30 p.m at St Peter’s Church, Black Lion Lane, Hammersmith .

The singers' annual candlelit Christmas concert tells the Nativity story, from Angel Gabriel’s visit to Mary, to the birth of the baby in the stable and the ensuing worship of the new-born King.

The Petros Singers are a vibrant chamber choir whose membership is drawn from across west London- the performance is directed by Libby Burgess, accompanied by Andrew Wells.

Join them to hear dazzling and diverse music spanning five centuries from composers including Mendelssohn, Scheidt, Bruckner, Pärt, Jonathan Dove, Bob Chilcott and John Rutter.

Proceeds in aid of The Upper Room charity.

Mince pies and mulled wine will be served before the concert from 7:00pm and during the interval.

Tickets are available online in advance for £15 (concessions £10). At the door they cost £17 (concessions £12).
