Another Closure On The High Road

The 02 phone shop latest business to shut up shop

Another business premises has closed on the High Road.

The 02 phone shop has closed down and the premises is now To Let.

The nearest 02 shops to Chiswick are Hammersmith, Richmond or Westfields.

Other mobile phone shops which remain on the High Road include Three, and the smaller Carphone Warehouse outlet which was opened after the large shop closed.

We have been unable to ascertain why this particular 02 branch has closed.

However, the availability of online shopping and the proximity of shopping centres such as Westfields, coupled with the high rents for Chiswick, have all contributed to businesses deciding to leave.

In an unusual move recently one business which had closed, has reopened. Le Pain Quotidien is back in operation after a refurbishment of the premises following its closure.
