The Russian Orthodox Cathedral at 57, Harvard Road is holding a concert on Saturday 26 October, at 8 pm. It is raising funds for the Russian Orthodox Church outside of Russia and is entitled 'An Odyssey Of Words And Music'.

Lee Allane an English language performance poet will read from Russian poets Alexander
Pushkin, Daniil Kharms, Yevgeny Yevtuchenko, Anna Akhmatova and Joseph Brodsky.

Accompanied with compositions by ensemble Vlad Miller and Notes from Underground.
With Vladimir Miller - piano keyboard, Les Booth- six string bass, Adrian Northover - alto and sop saxes, Dave Rohoman – percussion

There will also be a professional Church choir.
