Campaigners were out early last week at stations across the borough highlighting rising fares and planned cuts to station staff.

Labour’s Ruth Cadbury was at Chiswick Station meeting  commuters heading to work after the holidays.  “Londoners face another  year of rising fares for a worse service, thanks to Boris Johnson and his Tory friends in Government” she said.  “In contrast Labour will cap rail fares, and ensure that stations are staffed and accessible and safe for everyone” she added.

Councillor Ruth Cadbury
