“Back in the Saddle”, the popular training course for parents who would like to cycle with their children, is waking up after a pause over the winter.

There are 2 more courses in Chiswick, scheduled for the following dates:
1. 8, 9, 10 and 11 April (Monday - Thursday)
2. 8, 15, 22 and 29 June (consecutive Saturdays)

Back in the Saddle is free and each course has 4 sessions covering safety, courtesy, road awareness and other tips for riding as a family group together.

The course is perfect for parents who would like to cycle with their children but who want some more confidence “back in the saddle”.

The courses will begin at a location in Chiswick, children should be over 8 years old and all participants should have their own bikes, in working order. Course participants should have some experience cycling, it isn’t for absolute beginners. The London Borough of Hounslow and Southfield Ward, London Borough of Ealing are funding Back in the Saddle.

For any questions and to register for the course, email training@hounslowcycling.org. Hurry as places are strictly limited!
