Dave Hall’s dance band belted out great Scottish dance tunes at Chiswick House Gardens on Sunday evening 1st July as over eighty people danced on the grassy lawns for the club’s wonderful end of term dance. Ken and Bar Martlew (pictured) were magnificent MCs for the night helping everyone through a fine selection of dances for everyone.

Club Chairman Nick Haimendorf says “Seeing people have such fun makes all the preparation really worthwhile. It’s a fantastic evening for everyone and a great end to our dancing season”.

Members and friends of the ten year old Chiswick Scottish Country Dance Club celebrated the end of season with their annual “Midsummer Magic” Picnic Dance. St Andrew’s Fair, Reel of the 51 st Division and the Dashing White Sergeant are among the many dances enjoyed by dancers new and old.
