TempaGoGo helps businesses find temporary agency staff

TempaGoGo an, online temporary agency recruitment marketplace, has just won the 2019 Startup of the Year award from West London Business.

The co-founders, Phil and Caroline Pegden, (Caroline, pictured above, receiving the award), are Chiswick residents who started TempaGoGo from their kitchen table.

They observed that recruiting temporary agency staff was hard, time-consuming and costly for small and medium-sized businesses.

They launched TempaGoGo to help companies connect with multiple specialised and local recruitment agencies, online, at the same time, so that they can find great candidates, fast, at a fair price.

The jury commented that “TempaGoGo demonstrates strong innovation and use of client feedback, with very strong growth potential."
