Vodka bar chain Revolution, are tipped to be taking over the site of the former Pitcher & Piano.

Parent company, Inventive Leisure, who are currently in takeover talks with an unnamed private equity buyer, operates the Revolution Vodka bar chain in the UK from 43 units, of which 38 trade as Revolutions.

Two new Revolution bars have already been opened this financial year in Leeds and Plymouth and three further bars are planned for Liverpool; Chiswick, and Beaconsfield.

According to their website “Revolution is a series of individually designed, accessible style bars located in town and city centres, for the 18-30 year-old market. Revolution specialises in ways to enjoy vodka and our expertise means an unparalleled range of cocktails, premium vodkas and vodka shots. In particular, the vodka shots are prepared at our dedicated facility in East Manchester to our own recipes and represent the largest range of flavoured and infused vodkas in the UK.”
