We offer an easy exercise formula that allows you to work out in a 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 session with lead instructor Vanessa Pearce. Run by Martin Swan, a long standing Chiswick resident. Martin is a fully qualified REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer who makes fitness and lifestyle training fun for his clients. A former corporate banker who got credit crunched, he relates to his clients' needs, including professionals with busy lives, lapsed gym users and those who have not exercised before. Martin understands the stresses and strains of professional life and aims to help his clients work them off with a varied and fun training regime which will get results.
