Geetanjali’s landlord decides not to renew lease

Another Chiswick institution bites the dust after their Landlord decided not to renew their lease. Geetanjali, which has been around longer than most Chiswick residents, has sadly delivered its last takeaway leaving a void in the Gunnersbury area.

One local resident said, “The door was open but one of the waiters said the restaurant is closed because the Landlord is not extending the lease.”

She added, “I've been going there since moving to Chiswick nearly 25 years ago, so sad!”
