|Napa Restaurant Launches Sizzling Summer Dining Concept|
West London has a chic new al fresco dining choice
Napa Restaurant at the Chiswick Moran Hotel has launched a sizzling, outdoor, barbecue menu for locals and guests to enjoy during the long, summer evenings.
The new dining concept, which is being served on the restaurant’s exclusive outdoor terrace from Wednesday to Saturday evenings and for lunch on Sundays, is available right through until the end of September 2011.
The al fresco menu has been designed by Napa’s Head Chef Wayne Dixon, formerly of Quaglinos and Bush Bar & Grill and features a creative combination of barbecued fresh fish, prime meats, sides and sweets. Diners can choose from skewered tiger prawns with chorizo and pepper salad or flamed whole sardines & baby mackerel, brushed with lemon grass and chili butter; to Spatchcock baby chicken rubbed with cracked black pepper & garlic butter or a simple T-bone steak.
Families or groups of friends can opt for the mouth-watering fish feast to share, which includes grilled lobster, tiger prawns, baby squid, sardines & red snapper served with hot garlic butter, salad & chips or the delicious meat feast to share, which includes barbecued whole rib of beef & marinated chicken breast coated with grilled chorizo & Toulouse sausage butter. They could even select the best of both!
Dessert comes straight from the barbecue too, in the form of a delicate brioche with sweet chilli pineapple and crème fraiche.
Served on the palm-lined terrace, which boasts seating for up to 30 people, Napa’s al fresco menu offers diners the chance to enjoy exquisite food in a sophisticated yet relaxed setting, whilst making the most of the summer sun.
To complement the new outdoor menu, Napa offers an international wine list which includes a generous selection from the world-class Californian wine region after which the restaurant is named.
Napa is situated in the Chiswick Moran Hotel London, 626 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5RY. The hotel also boasts the trendy Globe Bar, known for its exquisite cocktails and people watching.
