Vote in the Chiswick Restaurant Poll

Restaurant group Relish has applied for a change of use for the former Urban Extremes site which they hope to knock through into Ground to create a Villandry.

Relish Restaurants, who own Ground, are looking to make Chiswick the fourth site for their phenomenally successful Villandry brand which incorporates foodstore, bakery, restaurant and bar all under one roof.

If their application is successful, Villandry plan to knock through into the burger restaurant to create triple fronted premises at 217 - 221 Chiswick High Road.

Their plans also include moving the kitchen upstairs to create more space on the ground floor for the foodstore and restaurant.

The application is currently with Hounslow Council's licensing department. Last date for representations to the Council is 20th November.

Villandry was just one of the businesses rumoured to have shown an interest in the former Texas Lone Star restaurant site on Turnham Green Terrace. Although it has been set to become a Black and Blue for some time now, a 'premises for rent' sign was placed on the building today.
