The Chiswick sales market has jolted to life with the time spent in lockdown crystalizing each buyer's search criteria. A month into post-lockdown trading, my team and I feel incredibly lucky. We've met fabulous new clients who have entrusted us with their homes and we're achieving stellar results.

Our fully virtual sale in Strand on the Green's gorgeous Magnolia Road has a happy new development: the sellers have now found their forever family home in Grove Park through us with their sale and purchase on track for summer completions. By working with only a handful of sellers at any given time, we ensure a personalised, high-octane, director-level service that delivers full transparency and quantifiable results: we're 2nd in Chiswick for sales agreed in 2020 and our clients are delighted. My team and I are at your service should you need us.

My father has a wonderful phrase: “Share your luck.” As we've agreed millions of pounds in sales since the full lockdown ended and taken on millions more in listings, for every sale that completes between now and Christmas we will make a donation to The Upper Room, a local charity providing life-changing support to many of the most disadvantaged within our community.

With Chiswick's favourite summer events - Green Days At Home and Artists (Staying) at Home - launching virtually, we can enjoy these local institutions by supporting, shopping, participating and donating from home. The Bedford Park Festival and Green Days raise funds for a variety of charities, including The Upper Room, which need us now more than ever and with most Festival events free to watch or take part in, you can make a donation to St Michael and All Angel's Church which will distribute all funds raised to the Festival's chosen charities. You can also discover breath-taking, locally made works of art via Artists (Staying) at Home ranging from paintings to textiles, sculpture, jewellery and more from the comfort of your own home. Save your favourites and discuss purchases directly with the artists from 6pm on the 19th of June.
