An Ealing-based estate agency has defied the challenging property market to expand into Chiswick. Orchards of London which aims to be one of the most successful sales and letting agents in West London says it will bring its “winning formula” to Chiswick.

The new Orchards of London office will open at 171 Chiswick High Road for business from Monday, October 31st.

The company was founded by Paul Connolly and Joseph Murphy who maintain that a combination of hard work, marketing and salesmanship has been the secret of their success in the two years they have been operational in Ealing Common.

“The business started from the front room of my property in 2009" says Paul Connolly “and within a year we opened a showroom on Ealing Common”.

The two are undeterred by the challenging market conditions and difficult economic circumstances and say it is a matter of “the right approach”.

They say their sales and lettings departments concentrate on getting the best results for their  clients and will always go “the extra mile”. They also focus on their website, Orchards of London, and use up-to-date selling links including Facebook and Twitter.

Joseph Murphy, who will be based at the Chiswick office says: “We have developed a powerful formula for successfully selling and letting property and, at a time when many of our competitors are struggling to survive and “battening down the hatches” in order to do so, we see it as the ideal opportunity to expand and grow our business and widen our sphere of influence by opening in Chiswick”.  He added he was confident they would be able to deliver a “first class service”

Orchards of London would like to invite readers to call in and say hello at the new office over the weekend of 29th and 30th October 2011 from 10am to 5pm on Saturday 10am to 4pm on Sunday and have a glass of bubbly (or something softer) and share some nibbles.
