Local independent estate agents Borthwicks have been forced to close their branch outside Turnham Green Tube due to the refurbishment project at the station. Major construction work is to be carried out by London Underground which they claim will make the station 'the envy of the network'. This has necessitated the closure of this office until a suitable site for relocation of this office can be arranged. All ongoing and future sales/lettings will be processed at their Chiswick Park Branch, which is located within the Chiswick Park Tube Station Complex.
