Five businesses have signed up for extra space in Power Road Studios according to the development’s owner Helical Plc. The office development in Chiswick is already home to the Grand Tour team including Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May.

Their new neighbours include green energy provider, So Energy, which has signed a 5 year lease for 7,135 sq ft of space across two units.

This is one of five new lettings they have recently completed, totalling 13,583 sq ft, at the multi-let office campus. Stem Healthcare, a leading global benchmarking firm and current tenant, has extended its floorspace with a further 999 sq ft unit, taking its total occupancy to 6,915 sq ft. Wild Frontiers, the award-winning adventure tour provider, has agreed to take 3,478 sq ft, on a 5 year lease. Japanese wholesaler Kobayashi has agreed to take 1,971 sq ft, on a 5 year lease, marking its first UK premises
The recently refurbished café has been let to Metro Foods.

Rents start from £40 psf for the remaining 12,793 sq ft of available space, of which 6,055 sq ft is currently under offer.

Originally built in the 1930s as a Singer sewing machine factory, Power Road Studios is 57,000 sq ft of workspace set over four distinctive studio buildings.

Helical acquired this office campus, in the heart of Chiswick, in 2015 and have recently carried out a comprehensive refurbishment on part of the scheme to improve both the office space and communal facilities.

Originally built in the 1930s as a Singer sewing machine factory, Power Road Studios comprises of 57,500 sq ft of innovative workspace set over 4 distinctive studio buildings. With its excellent location, just off the M4 and a few minutes’ walk from the tube, train and Chiswick Park, and its light and airy, modern workspace, Power Road Studios has attracted many dynamic and creative businesses.

The refurbishment of Studio 1 was completed in October 2017 to provide 16,000 sq ft of characterful space in a range of different sized units as well as the introduction of a new main entrance to the campus from Power Road.

Planning permission was achieved in May 2017 for an additional 30,000 sq ft studio building, a 13,000 sq ft roof extension to Studio 1 and an occupiers amenity block to include cycle and changing facilities.
