May sees record price for Chiswick property
The month saw the sale recorded of Walpole House for the extraordinary price of £12,500,000 over £5,000,000 than the same property changed hands for less than two years ago.
Excluding that sale the average price of a property sold was £586,817 which represents a recovery on recent months but is still below the levels seen late last year.
