Further evidence of price stability in local market

The latest sales recorded for the Chiswick area suggest that prices have continued to remain relatively stable so far in the third quarter of the year but that volumes have plummeted alarmingly.
35 properties have so far been recorded as being sold in July the latest month for when figures are available. At £601,330 this shows a slight decrease of the average price for which properties are changing hands although the number of transactions is too small to reach a firm conclusion on the market direction.
