Price average bounces back over the one million mark

November saw a strong recover in home values in Chiswick after a dip in the previous month.
The average price paid for a home in the W4 post code area according to the Land Registry was £1,129,070 back to the levels seen during the third quarter when the average reached new record levels.
Only 47 homes changed hand during the month with 16 of those priced at one million pounds or above.
The highest priced sale during the month was a house in Queen Annes Grove which changed hands for £3,000,000.
