New Cookery Courses From Leiths
Make the most of January’s cold, dark evenings in the warmth of a bustling Kitchen
Leiths School of Food and Wine will be holding evening cookery courses starting on 10th or 11th January 2011.
Make the most of January’s cold, dark evenings in the warmth of a bustling Kitchen and turn over a new leaf in 2011 by learning an essential skill that will last you for life in.
Choose from two levels of cookery course; Key Skills, for those new to cooking who would like to learn the essentials, or Confident Cooking, for those who already cook regularly at home but are looking to improve their knowledge and range of dishes.
Each course is 10 evening sessions held once a week from 6.30 – 9pm at the school. Everything you cook can be either eaten at the school with a glass of wine or taken home to be eaten.
There is one teacher to every eight students and everybody cooks in pairs so you have the opportunity to try all the recipes covered.
Leiths has been teaching cookery for 35 years and is renowned for its’ Diploma course, for those with professional aspirations.
