Mohammed has been missing since October 31
Police are growing increasingly concerned for the safety of a man with severe learning difficulties who has not been seen since Thursday afternoon.
Mohammed Islow, 26, has the mental age of a young child and has not been seen since around 3pm on October 31 when he got off a bus outside Ladbroke Grove tube station, W11, and ran away from his mother.
It is believed he may since have been in the area of Shepherd's Bush Green at around 01.30am on November 1. He also has links to the Notting Hill and Fulham areas.
Due to his learning difficulties, Mohammed finds it difficult to communicate with people and does not understand the dangers posed by roads and traffic.
He is described as a Somalian male, around 6ft 2ins, of large build with a big stomach and short black hair. He was wearing a black jacket, brown khaki trousers and maroon-coloured Nike trainers.
Anyone with information is asked to call Notting Hill CID on 020 8246 0186 or Missing People on 116 000.
