Ladies of Chiswick! FREE fitness camp taster week starts Monday 16th April to show you exactly how to lose weight, tone up and feel body and mind confident this summer with an exercise regime you'll actually enjoy and stick to!

Hello!

It's Daniel James here from Chiswick Health and Wellbeing and after taking a year off since having a baby I thought it was about time to get the show back on the road with a FREE fitness camp taster week just in time for the summer and the holiday season!

If you are feeling ready to start getting in shape, losing some weight and want to get fit and healthy so you can really feel body confident and enjoy the summer, this is your official kick start and where it begins.

As always this is for the ladies out there in Chiswick that want to start following a regular exercise program they enjoy for the summer that doesn't involve going to the gym, pounding away on boring treadmills, being grunted at by fellow gym heads and after all that enduring a 12 month membership for the privilege!

This is a fun and effective outdoor fitness camp for ladies of Chiswick who want a total body workout out in the fresh air and sunshine with fellow locals on a month by month basis, whilst following a simple food and lifestyle plan that helps them start achieving the goals they set themselves with lots of support from their coach.

Over the last 6 years of delivering fitness camps, personal training clients individually and in groups, and coaching people toward their health, fitness and life goals, I have a pretty good idea of how to help people make positive changes in their lives and get the results they want.

Taster week is your chance to come on down and sample what I have to offer. You will get to try a week's worth of total body fat burning, body toning and fitness workouts outdoors that is suited for all fitness levels, learn the fundamentals of what to eat to lose weight and change your body shape and how to make it all work alongside a busy lifestyle.
